Users must agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this agreement before they use the services that are offered by www.translatemywork.com. Therefore, we advise that all users check back to this page regularly to ensure that they are familiar with the most up-to-date version of these terms and conditions.
- The Agreement
When a user signs up to the platform and accepts a quote that has been provided by www.translatemywork.com and agrees to use the services, then an agreement is formed between www.translatemywork.com and the user. This is a legally binding contract, and the user must agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement.
Once this agreement has been established, it shall be in force for as long as the user continues to use and access the services which are provided on www.translatemywork.com.

- Translation Services
Users may place orders for translations using the ‘Order Translation’ page on the website www.translatemywork.com. Users will be required to enter certain information about the translation job they are requesting, such as source materials, subject matter, target language as well as any other additional information which will be required to carry out the works. At this time users will also indicate the deadline they need the document to be translated by, with different deadlines incurring different costs. The quality of the translation provided will depend on the source materials, and as such users shall agree and guarantee that all of the source material that they have provided is accurate and complete.
A quote for the works will be provided and if accepted then an agreement is then formed between www.translatemywork.com and the user. A translator will then be assigned to the job depending on their skills, profession and availability. All costs for translations must be paid to www.translatemywork.com in advance of the job being completed.
Users have the right to cancel a translation, but this must be done before any works have commenced, otherwise users will be liable for the cost of the translation.
When the translation has been completed, then it will be emailed back to the user to the email address which they have provided where the user will have the opportunity to review the completed translation. Users will have 24 hours to review the translation. Any corrections must be requested within this time frame.
Users agree that www.translatemywork.com acts as a platform to enable the translations, and that it acts as an intermediator between users and translators. Users acknowledge and agree that they use the services on www.translatemywork.com at their own risk. The website offers no guarantees as to the translations that are provided.
The website has no obligation to control or monitor all of the translations that are conducted on the platform, and therefore gives no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, reliability, completeness or correctness of any orders.
- Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made to www.translatemywork.com in advance of any works being carried out. Payments are accepted via credit or debit card.
All payments will appear as URIAGENESIS CONSULTING VICTORIA ISLA on your credit card statement.

- Intellectual Property Rights
All visual or written content, copyrighted material and any other protected proprietary information or content, including trademarks, rights and interests which appear on the website www.translatemywork.com are exclusively owned by the website and as such are protected by certain intellectual property rights.
